- Cleaning Fee: €60
- €12 fee per guest per night over 2 guests (for a maximum of 4 guests)
- €25 heating fee per day during Winter Season (November 1 – April 1)
This bright and sunny apartment has been fully remodeled with a state of the art kitchen, all new furniture, soft linens and modern amenities. A rare balcony on the south side of the home gives you a warm and sunny spot to people watch, sip coffee or prosecco, and eavesdrop on the ladies gossiping below. There is a foam-top queen-sized bed in the quiet bedroom, a bright eat-in kitchen with a dining table for six, and a large living room wih a very comfortable sofa bed for two to sleep. Cable TV, iPod stereo, dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment is located in the charming village of Finalborgo, recognized as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy every year. It is only a kilometer to the best beach on the Italian Riviera in the town of Finale Ligure, with southern sun exposure, clear blue water, gentle waves and real sand!
